Network Security Portal (NSP)

Superna’s NSP provides intelligent separation of network element (NE) management and encryption/security management. Designed to solve network security challenges for 1-G and 10-G packet or optical encryption devices, this suite of Java-based applications gives you these operational advantages:
- A central console monitors and manages all nodes and links across an enterprise or service provider network
- A real-time dashboard advises administrators of security related alarms
- Network-level automated key management and rotation
- Path analytics and traffic analysis
- The data communications network (DCN) is split between enterprise LAN and in-band WAN for customer premise device management
Hosted by the customer or service provider, NSP is based on the Government standard FIPS 140-2, Level 2 Crypto-officer user class SECADMIN. It operates over in-band or out-of-band management paths, using Secure Shell (SSH) to protect communications between NEs.
NSP versions are available for optical, carrier IP Telephony and encryption environments. Superna can also customize NSP to your network management environment.
